Meet Dr. Phillips

Dr. Phillips hails originally from rural Nebraska and has lived in Wisconsin since 1995. He is a General and Vascular surgeon whose medical and surgical training was accomplished in Omaha Nebraska and Denver Colorado. He has a strong commitment to cutting edge endovenous and endovascular (Peripheral Arterial Disease) therapies. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is also a physician inventor and co-founder of Vector Surgical, LLC. He has and continues to invent surgical tools that improve cancer surgery care and outcomes.
